SaaS cloud systems are indeed unique projects, often large in scale with lengthy development timelines. They involve numerous details on every screen, catering to professionals in various fields such as insurance agents and transportation managers. These past projects have provided me with valuable experiences and taught me many crucial insights during the development process. Therefore, I believe I can offer substantial assistance in the design of cloud systems, drawing from my accumulated knowledge and experience in this area.

IXT is an InsurTech company, founded in 2020 and built by a team of passionate and talented trailblazers.
We are ISO 27001 and ISO 27017 certified and have a presence throughout Asia-Pacific. We have a relentless focus on solving industry pain points, and our solutions enable insurers, brokers/MGAs, and e-commerce businesses to launch innovative insurance products quickly while improving their operational efficiency.

In 2019, I joined the IXT team as a Lead Designer and led a multinational design team consisting of members from the UK, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. We began by conducting initial concept trials, and upon selecting a direction, we proceeded to extend various functionalities and screens. We provided design guidelines to ensure the engineering team understood how the screens were structured and how to proceed with implementation.
Given the compliance requirements and the need for specialized knowledge in the insurance industry, we dedicated significant time during the initial planning phase to ensure thorough consideration. We spent ample time in the drafting stage, confirming details until finalizing the design, ensuring that each page's functionality was comprehensive. The project launched in 2021 and has since gained several domestic and international insurance company clients.

The product needs to support at least Chinese and English, as well as other languages. Language editing and loading are done using third-party language tools, so the design drafts also take this into account.

Established in 2018, Ailun Yuneng emerged from the logistics park developed by Yonglian Logistics, accumulating diverse transportation experiences. Throughout this journey, we've recognized the irreversible transformation brought about by the flow of commerce driving logistics. The once simple transportation industry has undergone significant changes, accompanied by new challenges.
Orbit, developed by Ailun Yuneng, is a cross-vehicle logistics dispatching platform that tracks the status of all cargo deliveries, providing real-time updates. More importantly, Orbit manages the operational status of vehicles, facilitating the matching of orders and transportation capacity to optimize resource utilization.

I began by defining the brand and image positioning for this project. Since the company already has a brand management department, I provided two brand extension directions. After selecting one direction, I extended it to various screens, while also organizing design system guidelines. I then provided design drafts for frontend engineers to develop. The project took about six months to design and develop before it was launched for user use.
